The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gather information from potential sources to assist in determining the feasibility of the construction services required for the repair of Building 4750 at Mather Field, California and to identify potential sources capable of satisfying the requirement.
This project will redesign and re-allocate existing space in order to accommodate secure area operations and administrative space for the California Air National Guard (CA ANG) at Mather Army Aviation Support Facility near Rancho Cordova, CA. The total square footage of Building 4750 is approximately 11,777 SF. The scope for this project is to convert approximately 3,208 SF of space to secure area space and renovate 3,892 SF of standard administrative office space. The project will include the removal or relocation of interior walls. The partial renovation of the facility will include upgrades to finishes, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. No exterior work is included, other than any work related to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades and site improvements as required per the security antiterrorism standards. This building is shared with the California Army National Guard (CA ARNG) and others that will remain working in their portion of the building during construction.
The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
