Repair HVAC in PAX Terminal B3409

This is an update to address a Solicitation Amendment (0001) has been issued for the subject acquisition (addressed below and herein). The amendment addresses updates to contract clauses and solicitation provisions within the solicitation. Also, the amendment comments on submission of Request for Information (RFI) questions due after scheduled site visit on 13 March 2025. Any questions about the amendment can be address to the POCs stated in this announcement.

This is solicitation to provide for a Design Build contract to Repair HVAC system for the Passenger (PAX) Terminal area of B3409 on Kadena Air Base. Work includes replacing air handling units, associated supply/return ductwork, registers, grilles, piping, gate valves, insulation, digital direct controls, fire dampers, and installing additional split units. Testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) and commissioning of the mechanical system is required to ensure operational capabilities meet federal and industry standards.
