Repair HVAC Building 838 Bay 1

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, quote or invitation for bid. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to REPAIR HVAC BUILDING 838 BAY ONE (1), Project FGWB 25-0012 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.

Work consist of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to REPAIR HVAC BUILDING 838 BAY ONE (1), Project FGWB 25-0012 in accordance with the project’s Statement of Work and Drawings. The Statement of Work and Drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation.

Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to REPAIR HVAC BUILDING 838 BAY ONE (1), Project FGWB 25-0012 at Dobbins ARB, GA.

At Building 838, the Contractor will replace Air Handling Units and Controls throughout Bay 1

Period of Performance: 180 Calendar Days

NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://sam.gov to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. No Foreign participation is allowed.

NOTE: IAW FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by the Contractor, the contractor shall be required to perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 15 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.

The solicitation will be available on or about 22 August 2025 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at https://sam.gov Paper copies will not be available. The anticipated bid closing date/time is 22 September 2025 @ 02:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Bid opening is anticipated to occur approximately fifteen (15) minutes after bid closing time at the 94th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 812, 1538 Atlantic Ave., Dobbins ARB 30069.
