The work to be performed consists of the removal of a non-essential low point drain from a three (3) inch condensate line and the replacement and addition of seismic bracing of the condensate line. Contractor shall furnish all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to replace and support repairs to the condensate line. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State, Local Regulations and the guidelines to include but not limited to the following:

3.International Plumbing Code
4.American Welding Society (AWS)
5.National Electrical Code (NFPA 70)
6.National Fire Code (NFPA 1)
7.Base Architectural Compatibility Guide
8.Unified Federal Criteria (UFC)
9.Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS
The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract IAW the procedures at RFO 12.201-1 and RFO Part 36 respectively. A mandatory site visit will be held within an estimated three calendar days from the issuance of the solicitation. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for review. The anticipated date of award is no later than 30 September 2026. Please be advised this is not a request for quote.
