Description View Changes

ISSUE DATE: December 5, 2025



Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services required to repair existing auditorium space (room M201) to replace flooring, seating, tables, wall wainscoting, and divider of the auditorium in McAllister Hall.



The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 31 August 2026.* The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. *On site period of performance from 1 April 2026 through 31 August 2026.



The estimated value of the procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.



Performance and Payment bonds will be required.



Solicitation packages is available on 5 December2025. The date set for receipt of bids is scheduled for 06 January 2026 at 2:00 pm.



An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 16 December 2025, at McAllister Hall from 0800 to 1200. Please RSVP to Teresa.L.Lamphere2@uscg.mil and Ethan.A.Geurtsen@uscg.mil by close of business on Monday 15 December 2025 if you plan to attend.



The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45 Million.



This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following site: https://sam.gov.
