Project Title: Repair Asphalt Runway 14-32 - Section 10, 25 - Phase 3

Project Location: Dover AFB

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair 2100 LF Runway 14/32.

A. Rotor mill an area 150 LF x 2100 LF to a depth of 2 inches.

B. Repave 150 LF x 2100 LF with 2 inches PG 76-22 binder FAA Mix

C. Crack seal 4200 LF (2100 LF x 2) 25 FT wide shoulder areas

D. Restripe all demolished stripes/markings withretroreflective (Type 1 or Type III beads) and white paint. Markings consist of 11 arrows (513 SF/EA) and edge stripes 5 ft wide. ALL disturbed markings shall be painted 2 times---immediately following paving and then again after 30 days.

A. This acquisition is for full and open competition.

B. The NAICS Code is 237310; size standard is $45,000,000.

C. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

D. Contract performance period is 60 calendar days.

E. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

F. A site visit will be held on 29 May 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. with a meetup location at Main Gate Visitor Center on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Email the POCs listed below with full names, DoB, and Drivers license numbers with the States of every person visiting by 22 May 2025, 10:00 AM EST, to arrange an escort.

G. Questions resulting from site visit must be submitted via email to the POC below by 12:00 PM EST, 3 June 2025.

H. Proposals due no later than 10:00 AM EST, 18 June 2025.

I. Proposals must be valid through 30 September 2025.
