Rental Subsidy and Services Program (RSSP)

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the provision of all services for the local Rental Subsidy and Services Program (RSSP). The program supports low income who require rental subsidies and support services to achieve housing stability. Households benefitting from the program include those with physical, behavioral, and sensory disabilities, survivors of domestic violence, transition age youth (TAY), and those experiencing homelessness within Fairfax County, Virginia. The County of Fairfax, Virginia also includes the Cities of Fairfax and Falls Church, and the towns of Clifton, Herndon, and Vienna.
