Rental of Spot Coolers and Dehumidifiers

Project Description: One electronic proposal for Rental of Spot Coolers and Dehumidifiers, must be received from eligible Proposers, submitted to the School Board’s Procurement Services Department, Bonfire Platform no later than 2:00 PM EST, on February 12, 2026, to be considered. Proposers that do not comply with the School Board’s procedures or deadlines will not be considered. The School Board will retain all proposer information received. The Bonfire electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and therefore late proposals will not be accepted or considered for award.
The District desires to secure firm pricing for the rental of spot coolers and dehumidifiers, including daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates, as well as standard mobilization and emergency service mobilization fees.
