Sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Lansdale at One Vine Street, Lansdale, Pennsylvania, 19446 until 10:00 AM. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 for the following item:

Item #1 - Rental of Snow Plowing Equipment w/Operators

• 2 Min. 33,000 GVW Dump Trucks for use w/10' power angle snow plows w/operators
• 2 Case Model 580 (or equal)- 52 H.P. Tractors with Snow Buckets and Operators
• 2 Min. 58,400 GVW Dump Trucks w/ 10' power angle snow plow and Operators
• 1 Motor Grader 12' Blade, min. 150 H.P. with Operator 1 - Skid Steer Loaderwith rubber edge and operator

Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and marked with the item to be bid and the date of the bid opening and addressed to Jason Van Dame, Public Works Supervisor, Borough of Lansdale, One VineStreet, Lansdale PA 19446.

Bids are to be received at the Borough of Lansdale offices on or before 10:00 AM. local time on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at approximately 10:00 AM. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Borough Offices.

Bids are to be accompanied by cash, money order, certified check, Cashier's Check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid in accordance with the Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Bids are irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. The Borough of Lansdale reserves theright to accept or reject any and all bids and to waiver technicalities on any bid for the best interest of the Borough of Lansdale.
