This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to non-profit organization,cooperatives, for profit developers (in partnership with a non-profit), faith groups, First Nations, Indigenous groups, or a combination of entities to submit proposals for the creation new rental housing units through redevelopment of the site located at 1451 Bertram, Kelowna, BC. as further described in Appendix 9 (Requirements & Deliverables) and in the draft Provincial Redevelopment Program Operating Sample Agreement attached as Appendix 8 (Draft Contract) .
