CITY OF LIMA, OHIO
RENTAL HOUSING REGISTRATION & INSPECTION SOFTWARE SOLUTION
Proposals will be received in a sealed envelope, marked “Rental Housing Registration & Inspection Software Solution” to the Auditor of the City of Lima, attention Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025. Purchasing Department is located on the 3
rd
floor of the Municipal Building, 50 Town Square. Outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified. Bids will then be opened and read aloud for:
RENTAL HOUSING REGISTRATION & INSPECTION SOFTWARE SOLUTION
This work shall be performed in accordance with specifications that can be found on the City’s website at
www.cityhall.lima.oh.us
