Description
Design Bid Build a 2/3 rental home to replace a home being demolished. Required to meet GCRA specification guidelines but floor plans, finishes, etc. are all open to the winning builder. We are looking for the most affordable and best use of the property. A floor plan, elevations and working set of construction documents will be required.
