Project Description: The City of Palm Bay is requesting bids for Equipment Rental, without operator, on an as-needed basis. The intent of this contract is to have available multiple sources for renting equipment with guaranteed pricing. Therefore, this contract will be awarded to multiple suppliers. The rental supplier shall own the equipment rented.

The Bids will be opened and read aloud in a public meeting which will be conducted on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
