Project Description: The City of Palm Bay is requesting bids for Equipment Rental, without operator, on an as-needed basis. The intent of this contract is to have available multiple sources for renting equipment with guaranteed pricing. Therefore, this contract will be awarded to multiple suppliers. The rental supplier shall own the equipment rented.
BID OPENING
The Bids will be opened and read aloud in a public meeting which will be conducted on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The location of the opening and reading will be the Procurement Department, Conference Room, 120 Malabar Road, SE, Suite 200, Palm Bay, FL 32907.
