Rental Car Concession

Project Description: The Airport seeks a qualified Respondent from experienced and qualified financial institutions eligible and licensed that will provide a high level of Rental Car services to the traveling public and other Airport users, on a non-exclusive basis, to be located in the Passenger terminal at the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport located at 700 Amelia Earhart Dr, Brownsville, TX 78521. Through this RFP, the City desires to award up to five (5) Rental Car concessions to the most qualified and responsive Respondents submitting the highest and best Proposals. The offering consists of Premises at the Airport as shown in Attachment “A” of this RFP. The space will be delivered to the Concessionaire “AS-IS”. Concessionaire, at its own expense, will be responsible for all design, construction, and fixtures necessary to conduct an ATM concession.
