Rental Assistance and Rapid Rehousing RFQ

The City of Redwood City is now accepting proposals for Rent Assistance/Rapid Rehousing for People Experiencing Homelessness.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to contract with one non-profit or community partner to provide rent assistance ,rapid rehousing, and supportive services including housing navigation services. Funding for these services will come from two State pass-through grant funds: Encampment Resolution Funding Grant (ERF-4-L) and Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program (PLHA). It is anticipated that the contract will not exceed $900,000.00 and will expire on December 31, 2029.

*Please note that this RFQ is being launched in conjunction with the “Encampment Outreach” RFQ. Applicants may apply for one or both RFQs. If an Applicant submits a proposal for both RFQs, proposals must be submitted separately and cannot be submitted as a joint proposal.
