Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking to lease one electric powered Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC). The applications are for establishing a Tool Air system. The compressed air system will have a dedicated compressor with controls, pressure regulator, storage tank, air dryer, distribution manifold, and compressed air hoses. The minimum allowable requirements for the system is detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The compressor plant shall be designed for outdoor use and will be subjected to inclement weather year round. The vendor shall be responsible for supplying all fittings and adaptors required to make all equipment, manifold, & hose connections. The vendor shall be responsible for setting up the compressors & support equipment and also provide equipment startup and commissioning, as requested by PNSY.
