Summary

This project combines the objectives of providing a comprehensive appraisal and market study for residential and/or commercial properties for the Sacramento Housing Authority Repositioning Program (SHARP), alongside the establishment and completion of rent comparability surveys. The scope of this work will ensure compliance with industry standards (USPAP, HUD, CTCAC, CDLAC) and applicable HUD regulations, while providing necessary tools for ongoing rent reasonableness determinations on as needed basis.
