RENOVATIONS TO THE BASEBALL FIELD AT DHHS

The Town of Madison (hereinafter “Town”) and Madison Public Schools (hereinafter “MPS”) is seeking qualified contractor bids for Renovations to the Baseball Field at Daniel Hand High School, 286 Green Hill Road, Madison CT 06443. Work generally includes Synthetic turf replacement and conversion of an existing natural turf baseball field to synthetic turf.

Each proposer is responsible for checking the Town’s website to determine if the Town has issued any addenda and, if so, to complete its bid in accordance with the Invitation to Bid as modified by the addenda. Final Addenda shall be posted by Thursday May22, 2025. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 14, 2025 at 12 Noon starting at the Town of Madison/ Madison Public Schools - Facilities Department, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, CT. Contractors are required to participate in the site visit to view existing conditions. This will be the only opportunity to view the project sites.
