The City seeks a qualified contractor to perform certain specified renovations to the basement of the Silas Bronson Library as
per the Project documents.

There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the main lobby of the Silas Bronson Library, 267 Grand St., Waterbury. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
