Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25106, Renovations to Automotive Shop at Gloucester High School.  Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. DCAMM Certified Trade Subcontractors are sought for the following category of work: “HVAC” & “Electrical”. Filed Sub-bids must be received before 11:00 AM, Wed. March 26, 2025 on bidnet direct. DCAMM Certified Prime General Contractors are sought for the following category of work “General Construction”.  General Bids must be received before 11:00 AM, Thurs. April 3, 2025 on bidnet direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . The bid packet will be available on March 5, 2025, electronically at bidnet direct.  A pre-bid meeting will be held at 8:00 AM, Friday, March 14, 2025, at Gloucester High School, 32 Leslie O Johnson Rd., Gloucester MA 01930. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
