Sealed bids for Broome County Land Bank Corporation – Renovations + Reconstruction (14 McNamara Avenue | Binghamton, NY 13903), in accordance with the Bid Form, Contract Agreement, Site Visitation Requirements and Drawings will be received by the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, - until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 when they will be publicly opened and read, for the following project.

The project consists of a single prime contract (General Contractor) to perform the work. The scope of work for this 2-story residence includes: exterior and interior improvements, site work, garage renovation, selective demolition, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

• Exterior improvements include: roofing, gutters, downspouts, window replacement, door replacement, exterior painting, new wood framed porch, roof, railings and stairs, new driveway and garage renovation.
• Interior improvements include: Fiberglass Insulation, kitchen renovation, two-bathroom renovations, new laundry room (2 ^nd floor), master bedroom with Walk-in Closet, two bedrooms including new closets.
• Interior finishes include: cabinets, countertops casework, LVT flooring, refinish stairs/railing/paneling, baseboard trim, window and door trim, wooded cased openings, wall and ceiling drywall and finish painting.
• HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing upgrades are also included.
  

Prevailing wage: Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Rates do NOT apply to this project.

Bid security is NOT required. A pre-bid conference will be conducted at the project site on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
