Description
Renovations for Scotland Town Hall
The work on the historic building and site shall include, but is not limited to, site work for utility upgrades, parking, site access, walkways ramp and retaining wall, as well as complete renovation of the Town Hall including structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems; architectural alterations for building-wide handicap access and programmatic improvements; building envelope improvements for thermal efficiency including insulation enhancement and restoration of historic wood windows.
