BE REQUIRED OF ALL BIDDERS FOR A COPY OF THE PROPOSED CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS.
A-2 EACH PROPOSAL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED CHECK OR BID BOND
PAYABLE TO THE TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD FOR NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF THE BID IF THE BID EXCEEDS $49,999.99.

ONLY AT THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF
