Roosevelt Elementary School District, #66 is issuing this RFQ seeking Statement of Qualifications for Renovations at Maxine Bush Elementary . This will be funded using District Funds , Bond Funds . Roosevelt Elementary School District, #66 is located in Maricopa County. The Design Team is currently in the selection process and the outcome is unknown. The goal is to award design and CMAR at the December Governing Board Meeting.

Background

Maxine O Bush Elementary closed in May of 2025. It is to reopen for the FY 26-27 School Year as a PreK-2 Magnet School.
