Renovation, Remodeling and Repair Services FY25 IDQ(C)

The Work under this Project consists of renovations, remodeling, and repair services for various types of City-owned buildings and structures. This firm, fixed-price-factor, indefinite quantity contract will have work orders issued for a base period of twelve (12) months with two additional option periods of twelve (12) months each, to be exercised at the discretion of the City. The work order’s cost items will be derived from the current edition of R.S. MEANS FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION COST DATA book. Upon agreement between the Contractor and the City, cost items not appearing in the current edition of R.S. Means Facilities Construction Cost Data book may be taken from the current editions of any R.S. Means cost data book. The Contractor shall notify the City when cost items from any other R.S. Means cost data book are used.

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Friday, May 23, 2025 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/166306 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
