Project Description: The proposed renovations at Gateway STEM will impact hazardous materials. These materials shall be removed in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations. The purpose of this RFP is to select a hazardous material contractor to abate and/or demolish hazardous materials prior to the start of construction activities. Work includes asbestos abatement and interior demolition to facilitate proposed renovations.
