Renovation Project for the City of Moberly Waste Water Treatment Plant

Notice to Bidders for a Proposed Renovation Project for the City of Moberly Waste Water Treatment Plant, Randolph County, Missouri.  Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, CST on November 4, 2026, at the City of Moberly City Clerk’s Office, 101 West Reed Street, Moberly, MO 65270.  Bids will be opened at that time and read aloud.

All work to be one contract under a General Contractor.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.  Wage Determination: Annual Wage Order No. 33 for Randolph County.  The Wage Order has been issued by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards.  Copies of the Determination are a part of the bid documents.

The project consists of a Roofing Replacement for Two Existing Buildings.  Roofing to be EPDM over Insulation.

The City of Moberly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein.

5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 3:00 pm DST on October 21, 2026, at the Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 1429 County Road 2350, Moberly, Missouri with inspection to follow thereafter.
