Renovation of Water Treatment Facilities

Work to be done shall consist of furnishing all materials and equipment and to perform all necessary labor modify the existing structural building, appurtenances; concrete; electrical and mechanical components. Major Work includes well building improvements consisting of installation and replacement of ventilation exhaust fans, soffit and fascia replacement, window replacement for chlorine room, installation and replacement of exterior doors and construction of a wall to separate chlorine and fluoride storage rooms, mobilization and demobilization, bonds, insurance and all appurtenances necessary for the completion of the Work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents. Time allotted for completion of work is 150 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
