Project Description: Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (“Opportunity Home”) and its affiliated entities hereby invites qualified independent Contractors to submit bids for labor, materials and equipment to renovate the following units located in 313 Rosita, and 1115 San Fernando at Alazan/Apache courts, in San Antonio, TX 78207. These services are needed to preserve the asset and enhance the aesthetics of the property.
