2026-05 Renovation of the Mt. Pleasant Community Center

City of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee (Owner) is accepting separate sealed bids for the Renovation of the Mt. Pleasant Community Center for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction/renovation of the of the Mt. Pleasant Community Center. Bids will be received by Mt. Pleasant City Staff at the front desk at Mt. Pleasant City Hall at 100 Public Square, Mt Pleasant, TN 38474 until 2 o'clock P.M. CDT, November 12th, 2025, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud at that time. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: 906 Studios at 249 4th Ave. North, Suite 200 Franklin, TN 37064 and Mt.
