Color Art Construction, a General Contractor, is seeking bids for the Renovation of the JC Penney North building on UMSL's Campus for the College of Optometry. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Demolition, Carpentry, Millwork, Roofing, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Ceramic, Acoustical Ceilings, Signage, Window Treatments, Window Film, Fire Extinguishers, Lockers, Fabric Wall Panels, Appliances, Stone tops, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Alarm, and Electrical. Please make sure to include Alternate 1 as a separate line item. UMSL has a Supplier Diversity Participation goal of 20% combined supplier diversity goal for MBE, WBE, Veterans, and DBE; and a 3% goal for SDVE. Project Address: 26 Arnold B.
