Renovation of Historic Chestnut Log Cabin

Pfeiffer Nature Center is soliciting bids for the renovation of a historic 1941 chestnut log cabin. The scope of work includes making the cabin usable as an office and meeting place by improvements to heating, electric and plumbing. Other site improvements include restoration of the chestnut logs. This project is being funded through ZBGA Capital Improvement Grant. Required qualifications and contract requirements are published in attached Request for Proposal.
