Sealed bids will be received by the City of Henderson, Kentucky for the following:

Renovation of Atkinson Park Public Restrooms

Specifications are on file and may be obtained at the office of the Director of Finance, first floor of the Henderson Municipal Center, 222 First Street, Henderson, Kentucky, 42420. Bids will be accepted in the Office of the Director of Finance, until 1:30 p.m., prevailing local time, on Friday, December 6, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

All potential bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Atkinson Park located at 1815 Atkinson Park Road, Henderson, KY 42420.

The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any, and all bids and to waive irregularities in said bids.
