It will include the renovation of an existing storage building. The building is a single-story concrete and steel frame building consisting of offices, restrooms, garage bays, and a mezzanine level. The building is approximately 10,300 square feet. The project also includes an alternate for the inclusion of a covered parking structure. Due to the secure nature of the construction site all contractors and subcontractors must be able to pass a mid-level background check, meaning they cannot be a convicted felon, a wanted fugitive, have outstanding warrants, or be named as a defendant in a protective order. |
