Experience in the renovation of buildings on an active College Campus and the infrastructure located within them. The AE selected will provide for the complete renovation of the approximately 34,267 GSF L. Douglas Wilder Building. This federally funded project is described as a general interior renovation to include the replacement of finishes, cosmetic upgrades, minor infrastructure improvements and interior modifications to conform to current programmatic requirements. Included in the scope of the work are upgrades to the current demonstration kitchen and rearrangements to the floor plan to more effectively manage Cooperative Extension services.
