Renovate Payson Hall

The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the above referenced project.

Payson Hall is a two-story, 34,480 GSF building constructed in 1968 and is the largest classroom building on campus. The project will modernize the building to accommodate improved classroom teaching space and provide a permanent location for the College’s Business Department.

The Project will provide a complete interior renovation of the building including all interior finishes, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as construction of a new elevator and shaft. The Project will include the removal of hazardous materials.

The estimated construction value is $16,000,000.

Once registered, consultants will receive an email with the applicable Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the link to upload your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) at the submission deadline.

SOQs must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund using the link provided in the email received after registration that supplies the RFQ. Required electronic copies of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be received by the due date and time specified in the RFQ.
