Renovate Lecture Center Phase VI LC23-25

The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of LC23-LC2, asbestos abatement, new electrical, data & IT, new ductwork and air handling units, new ceilings including custom curved stamped metal panels and other finishes including new acoustical treatments, and seating.

Plans will be available after January 23, 2025, through Camelot Print & Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & www.camelotplanroom.com ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for January 31, 2025, at 1:30pm. Meeting at the University at Albany Lecture Center Building LC23.
Note - NO free parking on campus. Purchase parking passes at the Parking Management Building.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
