Renovate Education Opportunity Center, Syracuse – Renovation and Fit-Out

The work of this single bid project includes the interior build-out for spaces within the existing building. The work includes, abatement, construction of new walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection, and site work.

Plans will be available after November 8, 2024, through Dataflow, Inc. (585-271-5730 & https://www.godataflow.com/ ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. with all contractors assembled at the building at 100 New Street, Syracuse, NY.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
