    Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT), intend to enter into an agreement up to 24 months with MNSCU LBA MN ST UNIV MANKATO for continued, uninterrupted use of PALS Library User Fees for term: 7/1/2025 – 6/30/2027.

    MnPALS membership includes Interlibrary loans, cataloging, and user group support. MNSCU LBA MN ST UNIV MANKATO retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary MnPALS services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
