Renewal – IronBarcode for mDL

The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Information Technology is soliciting MBE dealers on for renewal of  1 QTY IronBarcode Professional (10 Developers, 10 Locations, 10 Projects) Mfr #IRONPDF-PRO-PREP-1YRSUP .

This is to renew the IronBarcode for .NET Professional license for use with the [BMV] mobile driver’s license project to read PDF417 barcodes. Please send the license key to ITBusOps@dps.ohio.gov

Period of Performance: 7/28/2026-7/27/2027

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION
A PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items, provide PDF quote, or reference associated contract may deem the quote non-responsive . All costs including shipping must be included in bid pricing on OhioBuys item grid. Shipping cannot be estimated, must be firm-fixed price if applicable. Bid pricing must be valid for 90 days. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field.

CONTRACT AWARD
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by line item. Bidders may respond to one or more lines for consideration.
MBE SET ASIDE OPPORTUNITY - Section 125.081 of the Ohio Revised Code requires State agencies to set-aside purchases for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) .  Only MBE will be considered for award. Period of performance for any resulting PO will be 7/28/2026-7/27/2027.
BRAND NAME SPECIFICATIONS
The product(s) specified in this bid are being bid as BRAND (and model) SPECIFIC. That signifies no alternates will be accepted for award. Bid is in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code 123:5-1-10 (D) (6).
