Response: The hard copy of the as-built drawings is available for inspection at the General Services
Agency (GSA) office, located at Suite230, 2nd Floor, ITCBuilding, Tamuning, during the hours of 8:00
AMto5:00PM,MondaythroughFriday.
3. Are slight modifications to the door openings allowed to accommodate different lift car sizes in
considerationofADArequirements?
Response:Bidders areresponsible forensuring compliancewith all minimumrequirements, including
any necessary modifications, if needed. However, no additional costs, adjustments, or change orders
willbepermittedforworkbeyondthestatedbidrequirements.

be submitted to the General Services Agency via email to bids@gsadoa.guam.gov no later than 5:00 PM,
