1.2 RepresentationRegardingContingentFees
Thecontractorrepresentsthatithasnotretainedapersontosolicitorsecureaterritorialcontractuponanagreement
or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee, except for retention of bona fide

Chapter 25 of Title 9 GCA or an offense as defined in Article 2 of Chapter 28, Title 9 GCA, or an offense in another
jurisdictionwith,ataminimum,thesameelementsassuchoffenses,orwhoislistedontheSexOffenderRegistry;and
(2) ifanypersonprovidingservicesonbehalfofthecontractorisconvictedofasexoffenseundertheprovisionsofChapter
25ofTitle9GCAoranoffenseasdefinedinArticle2ofChapter28,Title9GCAoranoffenseinanotherjurisdictionwith,
ataminimum,thesameelementsassuchoffenses,orwhoislistedontheSexOffenderRegistry,thatsuchpersonwill

(ExecutiveOrders12549and12689)-Acontractaward(see2CFR180.220)mustnotbemadetopartieslistedonthe
governmentwideexclusionsintheSystemforAwardManagement(SAM),inaccordancewiththeOMBguidelinesat2
CFR180thatimplementExecutiveOrders12549(3CFRpart1986Comp.,p.189)and12689(3CFRpart1989Comp.,p.
235),"DebarmentandSuspension."SAMExclusionscontainsthenamesofpartiesdebarred,suspended,orotherwise
excludedbyagencies,aswellaspartiesdeclaredineligibleunderstatutoryorregulatoryauthorityotherthanExecutive
Order12549.TheAwardeecertifiesthatneitheritnoritsprincipalsarepresentlydebarred,suspended,proposedfor
debarment,declaredineligible,orvoluntarilyexcludedfromparticipationinthistransactionbyanyfederal,state,or
localgovernment.If,atanytimeduringthetermofthiscontract,theContractorbecomesdebarredorsuspended,the
ContractorshallimmediatelynotifyGSAinwriting.
ArticleIII-ContractTerms
3.1 RequiredDeliveryDate.
TheAwardeeshallprovidethegoods/serviceswithonehundredfifty(150)daysofreceiptofpurchaseorder.
3.2 LicensesandPermit.
The Awardee shall obtain all required permit for proposed work. The Awardee is responsible to obtain any and all
licenses/clearancesrequiredbytheContractor'sLicensesBoardtoperformthiscontractwhichincludesbutnotlimited
toContractor'sLicenseandC-16.
