This requirement is for the removal and reinstallation of the runway and taxiway lights and signs at JBSA, Kelly Airfield, TX. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform the removal and reinstallation of the runway and taxiway lights and signs as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform tasks in the SOW in compliance with federal, state, local environmental laws, and in accordance with current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. Contractor personnel shall have an electrical license issued by the State of Texas to perform electrical work. No Apprentice shall work under this contract without the supervision of a Master or Journeyman Electrician. A criminal background check will be conducted by the Government to be added to the Entry Authorization List (EAL) to gain access to the runway. This EAL requires an extended background check.
