INVITATION TO BID
City Corporation, operators of the Russellville Water and Sewer System in Russellville, Arkansas, invites interested responsible parties to provide a bid for the removal and replacement of the flat-top roofs located at 3 County Complex Circle and 5 County Complex Circle. The project will consist of but not be limited to the removal and disposal of the existing gravel top roof, removal and disposal of existing flashing and surfacing, installation of Siplast Paradiene 20 TG/30 FR TG roofing system with Siplast Veral Aluminum flashing.
Specific information can be obtained by contacting City Corporation’s Engineering Department’s Engineering Director, Zayne Bryson. Potential bidders must email zbryson@citycorporation.com stating their interest in the project and will in turn get confirmation from Zayne Bryson that notice of interest has been received. Any subsequently issued Addenda to this invitation to bid will be sent to all confirmed bidders that have indicated interest in the project to Zayne Bryson. It will be the bidder’s responsibility to make the Engineering Director aware of whether confirmation has not been received of the bidder’s interest. An original and four (4) copies of the bid must be submitted to City Corporation at 205 West Third Place, Russellville, AR 72801 or P. O. Box 3186, Russellville, AR 72811. Sealed, bonded bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM, CT, June 10, 2026. Contractors submitting bids must possess a current Arkansas state contractor’s license, furnish a bid bond no less than five (5) percent of the total maximum bid price, be able to furnish a performance and payment bond, and a verifiable statement of five years of experience and references. City Corporation encourages the participation of DBE/WBE/MBE businesses in its procurement process and activity.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that their bid is submitted on time. Any bid received after the deadline will not be considered and will be held unopened.
City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the procedures, or to cancel the solicitation if it is in the best interest of City Corporation.
