REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

The Town of Somerset Massachusetts is seeking written quotes from qualified and insured contractors for the removal and replacement of flooring at the Somerset Council on Aging Building, located at 115 Wood Street, Somerset MA.

The Town intends to award the contract to the responsible and responsive vendor offering the lowest price meeting specifications, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter

30B, Chapter 149, prevailing wage, and any other applicable law or requirement. Projects over

$25,000 require a 50% payment bond under MGL.
