The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and services to disconnect, remove, repair, recharge, and reinstall one discharged Kidde FM 200 ECS Fire Suppression Clean Agent Gas Tank Cylinder located at Building 8339 on Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. The scope includes transporting the cylinder to an authorized off-site facility to inspect the tank, rebuild the valve assembly, refill it with the clean agent chemical, and perform leak testing. Upon reinstallation, the contractor must re-arm and test the system to ensure full operational capability while protecting the facility's electronic equipment. All work must be completed in strict compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety standards, including NFPA guidelines and base security requirements.
