Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a one-time contract for removal and recycling of approximately 1,500 mattresses from Camp Ripley. All project requirements can be referenced (and thus, shall be in accordance with) Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.

THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. Non-Electronic and email responses will not be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Sara Mock, sara.mock@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Sara Mock in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no
later than 2:00 PM, March 6, 2025. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.

Your bid is not submitted until you select the ‘Submit Bid’ button. You will receive a confirmation message when your bid has been submitted. Print and save your confirmation page.

If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. The Department of Military Affairs will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
