5748 - Removal and Pruning of City Owned Trees

The objective of this contract is to complete, in a professional manner, removal and pruning of City

owned trees located within the City of New Rochelle right-of-way.

The agreement from this request for bid will include all services including the furnishing of all

materials, equipment, transportation, labor, debris removal and incidentals thereto for the REMOVAL

& PRUNING of TREES along City streets or on other City property.

Removal and/or pruning locations are being identified as part of the current Citywide Street Tree

Inventory, and will be provided to the Contractor on and or before January 1, 2025. All locations will

be City-owned street trees which are located within the City’s right of way.

The items to be listed as part of this contract will be marked with an orange "X", and/or designated

by the City Tree Inspector(s). All work is to be completed on or before December 30, 2025.

The City reserves the right to amend the RFB based on questions and issues raised at any time prior to the

RFB submission deadline.
