Request for Bids for Removal of Snow and Ice
November 2025 through April 2027

Concord Township is accepting proposals for the Removal of Snow and Ice on Township roadways for a two (2) year service contract beginning November 2025 through April 2027. Completed Bid Proposals (hard-copy) must be received in-person or via mail by the Township at the Concord Township Municipal Building, 43 Thornton Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342, by 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 29 ^th , 2025.

Bids will be opened publicly at the Municipal Building on Wednesday, October 29 ^th , 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Township Council will consider awarding the bid at their public meeting on Wednesday, November 5 ^th , 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. Township Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
