Description
Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure helicopter services and all other necessary labor and equipment for the removal and installation of DISTRICT provided vibration dampers attached to the conductors on two (2) 115kV transmission lines in eastern Nebraska, located between Schuyler and Fremont, Nebraska.

A non-mandatory pre bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 11:00 a.m. CDT, on June 3, 2025. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
